BAL Presidio
Born 04/20/02
ILR # 236315
Presidio has done an awesome job for us. He has produced some of our best
babies who have been champions in the show ring. But we have kept so many
of his daughters for our breeding program that we have very few to breed him to.
So we are giving someone else an opportunity
for only $1000. Click here to see more about

black Grand Champion and his father is Boogie Knight a
39" black Suri from the Tillman's breeding. He was born just a week or two
after the other boys but he still looks like a baby. At 12 months he

Shangrila's Beam Me Up Spotty
Born 04/23/08
ILR
275379
Spotty
is our first Argentine Altanero baby out of
Lots of Dots. He has inherited the
best of his parents. They are both intense Appy's so he got spots but he
also got some of the silkiest, softest fleece I have ever felt. It parts
perfectly down his back. And I love his ears and pretty face. Deirdre has been training
him on obstacle and walking him in the woods. She has even started his
pack training. He is 36" now but he is not quite a year old. But I still
do not think he is going to be very tall. So he would be very good for
someone who is looking for a smaller, very gentle male.

Shangrila's White Magic
Born 10/01/08
ILR 275823

Magic's mother Shangrila's Miss Jilly is a tall very correct, very light wooled
female. Who is a great llama but does not have the best fleece so we were
thrilled with how Whizard improved on her fleece yet maintained the great
confirmation. He came in second to Apache in 2nd Place in Juvenile Meium
Wool Male at the Virginia Classic.

me stroke him but he is not at all pushy. So he will make a great
pet. We plan on showing him in the Spring if we still have him.

Shangrila's Rudy
Born 10/01/06
ILR 267957
Rudy is out of
BAL Presidio's
and Ruru, a full Peruvian female. We were shocked when he was born because this
is the first Suri born on our farm. He was sticky and very difficult to dry but
he sure was shiny and tiny. All the Suri breeders who have seen him have said that he is
definitely a Suri. So we showed him t the Virginia Classic 2007 as a juvi
and Rudy got Reserve Grand Champion Suri Male. At 1 Year 4 months he measured 40 1/2" so
he's not a mini but he's small and very sweet.

BAL Love Machine
Born 04/27/01
We acquired Love Machine in a
group of seven males and were hoping to get a few babies our of him before we
sold him. But when we tried to let him breed there was a problem. So we
are offering BAL Love Machine as a non-breeder. He has awesome
fiber falling in ringlets. It is quite a sight to see him run.. He is very
territorial but easy to handle so we believe he would make a great guard for
alpaca males or goats, horses or cattle.

Shangrila's Snickers
Born 10/06/06
ILR 268187
Snickers is out of
Movin On and
Eminense. He is the smallest baby from the fall and I believe he is going to
stay pretty small. He is very cute and is getting very wooly. He would make a
great pet or PR llama or maybe even a therapy llama. At 1 year, 3 months we
measured him at 39". So he's not a mini but he's still pretty small
and awfully cute.

daughter of our first Herd Sire Fernando Lama, the father of many of our

Shangrila's
Here Comes the Night
Born 04/28/07
Here Comes the Night is out of one of
our finest Dams, Shangrila's Sunny Delight. The first female Harry refused
to sell. She is a very tall beautiful dam out of our Paso Peru.
Power Spike is his father. And though he is has very back shiny fiber
there just may be some spots under there. This I believe is our show
contender for the spring. So I am in no hurry to sell him. But Harry
says I must so he is priced at $950.

Shangrila's Rascal
Born 10/19/06
ILR 268188
Rascal is out of Power Spike and Shangrila’s Sunshine. This is the first llama
to greet me when I go out. He reaches up his face for a kiss but isn't too
sure yet about being rubbed with out a halter on. This will probably
change as soon as he is weaned. Based on his parents I would think that he is
going to be a fairly large boy. He is the youngest yet the largest of the baby
boys.

Shangrila's Travis
Born 10/06/06
ILR 267959
Travis is out of Power Spike and Shangrila’s Delta Dawn. He is actually a
dilute appy. We already have an order for his fiber after his first shearing.
This picture really doesn’t do him justice but it was the most current picture I
had. He has one of the prettiest faces I have ever seen on a llama boy. Even
after almost 20 years of babies I find myself just staring at him in wonder. He
is also very sweet and will make a great pet or PR Llama. Based on his parents
I would think that he is going to be a fairly large boy.

Shangrila's Chico
Born 04/04/06
Chico is out of
BAL Presidio's and one of our finest Dams,
Shangrila's Sunny Delight. Chico is tall like his mother and father. He has
incredibly soft fiber. When we sheared him it came off like sheets of
black silk. He has great confirmation
and loads of presence so he should do well in the show ring. We started training him early because he was
getting so big so fast. He walks right up the stairs to our deck.
And the first time he was asked
to get into the trailer he just stepped up into it. Deirdre taught
him to side step in one try and he will let me halter him in the field with the
command halter on and stands perfectly still for halter off.
